You could do something while he’s sleeping, or do something to his food.
Strike back when he’s least prepared. Like when he’s taking a shit, or something.
He’s using unfair tactics, so you are not obligated to be fair… to him.

We don’t have a bathroom door he removed it :/ he is a very light sleeper and feels when I move and he sleeps with his leg over me in case I move im scared for him to find this post it will anger him I wish I had minute to myself when he goes to sleep I have to go with him
Can you message someone with ur details and get them to call the police? Then he wont know they are coming
Can’t you call the police when he is at work or when you are out of the house?
Anyone who sees that bruise would immediately feel suspicious and know there’s something wrong.

I saw a program once where a spousal abuse group (as in charity to help people abused, not one devoted to abusing spouses) helped the abused person run away, tho not sure of its name, finding it would be a good way to get out. Also make sure and delete any browser history of this place and places like this from ur computer. I would suggest hiding a camera to catch him in the act of abusing you for later evidence of the fact…

No matter how strong and scary he is…he is a man….a man with balls….soft fleshy unprotected sensitive testicles….with a well thought out plan and some courage… You could be the next lorrena bobbit…get some pepper spray and a small nut crushing baseball bat or hammer you can hold with one hand…. And hit those balls like you’re Babe Ruth….homerun those bitches …and spray the mace directly in his eyes…unless he is on very hard drugs he will not be able to fight through being pepper sprayed in the face…if you can’t afford to buy it….you have some chemicals around the house that when mixed together provide a good chemical concoction that will incapacitate him
Why don’t you secretly send a letter to your neighbors and ask them to call the police immediately?
or send a secret love letter to him written by yourself using another handwritten. he’ll probably lock himself in his room to read the letter alone and that’s your opportunity to run away 🙂

That man that did this does not deserve to have you. You need to leave at once. Find the closest help. Friends, neighbors, police, a church any place or person that can get you to a shelter where you can regroup. This man has deep issues and you should not be there while he exercises them. DO NOT BE HELD CAPTIVE by any lies that he will speak. He will need to find support from someone else. You are not a punching bag! Take nothing but the clothes on your back and never return!

True, but that doesn’t justify the excuse to be able to beat on someone who can’t “equal” to your own physical attributes. That idea doesn’t apply here.

Can someone or anyone from your country call the police for you. Try to leave when you know they are coming and you wont have to do anything because they will see him kicking off.
