It seems easy but until you experience low levels of oxygen, you have no idea how furious your body will react to breathe. It’s part of the reason you’ve been alive so long, humans aren’t easy to kill.
If you tied the bag on your head and then cable tied your hands behind your back you can either hold your breath until you pass out, at which point you will breath again while unconscious until you die of either lack of oxygen or carbon dioxide poisoning. OR you can breath until you feel dizzy and then you will eventually be rendered unconscious where you continue to breath until you die of one of the above caused. Either way is both quite painful and there is no turning back once your hands are tied.
The question still remains, why not go outside for a walk in the sun?

You’ll rip it off before you die, your body’s instinct to stay alive is stronger than your will to die.
Thought I had a good plan 🙁
