Right now all I want is Chinese food a bottle of sleeping pills ( preferably Tylenol pm ) and a big bottle of white wine. I just want to sleep and dream about happiness. I want to escape into my world and be free.

This seems like a pretty reasonable wish if you limit the pills to the recommended dosage.
Replace wine with whiskey and you’re on.
Chop Suey and whiskey…sounds like a date.
I am not making light of your feelings or situation, but I totally identify with the Chinese food. All I ever want is Chinese food… mixed vegetables with wonton soup and an egg roll. I have the restaurant on speed dial and they have my order memorized.
I certainly understand the desire to sleep and escape.
Go get some Chinese food and then I hope you can get some peace and good sleep.
