i’ve never called one of those hotlines, but i did try emailing them. It’s the samaritans, and they’re quite helpful, you can say everything and anything you want to, and they’ll pretty much distract you from the suicidal thoughts. Not that helpful tho as they reply you every 12 hours, so yeah.
