I plan to exit using ******** gas. My question is that if I have someone remove the tank and mask would they be open to criminal prosecution? I’ve made my decision but don’t want to get anyone else in trouble. I’m in Iowa but have considered traveling before doing it. Part of my final destination will depend on where my cleanup person is located and that they won’t get into trouble. Shoot I’m not going to have them assist just remove the evidence and hope the ******** method is undetectable as they say.
I greatly appreciate any comments or suggestions.

Why is it a problem people will finally know you comited suicide? I think the clean-up peson can get legal problems, cause if someone discovers you didn’t dy naturaly questions will rise why the clean-up person removed every prove of the way yo died, they might think he/she killed you. We’re more than happy to listen if you wanna tell us your story, but like Phantom said, it’s probably best not to get someone involved.
Even if they didn’t assist you, and just removed the ******** or something, if it was ever discovered, they would most definitely be charged with something (like obstructing evidence in a investigation or even being a accomplice since they tried to help you hide it).
There’s a reason suicide is such a lonely and painful road….
I openly support one’s right of choosing to end their life, but I would advise not involving someone else in your suicide. Legal stuff aside, if someone finds out your friend helped you with suicide, they would never forgive her or him. Among other things.
P.S.: This “no discussing methods here” is such bullshit. That isn’t going to stop anyone from killing themselves.
The question isn’t method which is ********, it is the legal implications of someone assisting.
Yes, they can be open to criminal prosecution, if there is a witness seeing someone leaving your place or forensic evidence that someone assisted even if is only cleanup. So there is a big risk if you involve someone. They can get away with it or they can be caught.
Why do you want to hide the method?
