Am i remembering incorrectly or did you post something like this a while ago and then came back and now you’re going away again? not saying this to fight with you, but the fact that you come and go might mean that hey, your state is not a transitory, easy to solve one. If you’ve gotten no professional help you might consider that, might help with the transitions. Other than that, if you really beat this, congrats! you’re one of the lucky ones, lol.
