Everyone here holds they key to every aspect of there lives, there minds, anything that has to do with CAN be changed by you. It takes a lot of work and it might get worse before it get better but IT WILL GET BETTER. You have to want things to get better and then you have to put it into action. Trust me it’s not as hard as you think it is, you just have to take one step in the right direction and KEEP GOIN. You can do this. DONT GIVE UP ON YOURSELF, LET GO, FORGIVE THE ONES WHO HURT YOU and most importantly FORGIVE YOURSELF.

No offence intented honestly,200085 but for me this is nonsense..
Nothing’s gonna get better for me, and Im sure I speak for a lot of people on here..
Do you really want things to get better for yourself
“FORGIVE YOURSELF!” is an important message, especially if you have a tendency to beat yourself up a lot. I read something in a book that said “You are good enough now. If you have done something that wasn’t right, your realization and acceptance of it is absolution for the law of attraction.”
So basically, it goes back to the message of forgiving yourself. The universe forgives you.

Self-compassion is a legitimate psychological tool. What you do is treat yourself as you would treat someone else. You could ask yourself these two questions:
1) What is wrong?
2) What would you say to someone else with this problem?
As I said I didnt mean to be offensive, If It came across that way Im sorry, you made a good point, but personally no i dont things to get better, just wanna pop myself 🙂 Cant seem to do it it though 🙁
I don’t mean any offence in asking this but if given the choice between death or life improving why would you choose death? I’ve wanted to die, but only when I truly believed things can’t ever get better. Lets say if you could pick to have a life worth living or death which would you choose?
Now im gonna try to sleep. wake up and get drunk again. 🙂 (I like these happy smileys)
Other people have lives worth living, some of us especially on here been given very low cards. Just chance what people get I think.
