I haven’t been diagnosed, but I always feel like crap during winter. Have you looked into SAD lamps? I’ve heard they can really help, but I haven’t had the chance to try one yet.
Lol, literally today my therapist was like, ‘you have a touch of SAD, like most people’ and I was like, ‘yeah’ and talked about how I try and stay in the light when I can…. I’ve known that I have it a bit since I heard what it is.
How are you doing with it?
I do have a SAD lamp but it still hurts my eyes a bit so I don’t enjoy using it. Irritatingly I’m also a little light sensitive. Plus, it’s an ugly lamp, so I dread having it around. Still, this post is making me think that maybe it’s time to get it out again this year. Maybe I’ll find a way to DIY prettify it…
