got jitters, buzzing in my body, and can’t sleep
i hope this isn’t a prelude to a rollercoaster ride, because that’s not what i need right now, and i hope manage to fall a sleep soon, later, sometime,
if not i’m gonna get a zillion doughnuts in 4 hours an try and OD on sugar, oil, and jelly, consume so much of it, i instantly contract type7 diabetes and explode in glucose and insulin 5minutes after
or get such a sugar rush i don’t mind the jitters and stay up for a week anyway…
seems like proper healthy living to me so can’t be wrong
fruit – check
dairy – check
grain(biscuits) – check
even no meat, damn, almost as healthy vegetarian diet as it gets! 😉
i feel food is something we shouldn’t limit ourselves too much with, if/when everything else sucks, no need to only eat oats and kale all day long, (unless one really really like oats ofc), might as well sprinkle our misery with some nice treats once in a while to make the misery, just a bit more, delicious.
last week i was naughty and ate a nice 400g steak, i’m just so terrible 😀

I ate a whole passionfruit cheesecake last night .. Was just what the doctor ordered ..
