I feel you. How old are you? I’m 31. I too have the idea, preference, of offing myself on my birthday. I haven’t in the past three or four birthdays, but it’s my preferred date. The key is to do it at the exact time of birth, but that’s moot because it’s not worth it. You’re just going to relive all the same shitty moments and not be able to do a damn thing about them. It’s when you decide not to do it then that’s when you’re left to the unknown because you haven’t lived past your own death. Each moment you don’t choose death is an opportunity to change your fate.
You don’t have to listen to me because I’m feeling the same, I just want to sleep and not wake up. That’s why I drink to stay asleep. It doesn’t work all the time so I stay laying in bed going in and out of consciousness.
I’m sorry, I thought that I could give sound advice or words of wisdom. Just rethink it. Don’t drink. Well maybe a Guinness and smoke some weed. That’s what kept me going. Remember that the more times you off yourself the more shitty parallel universes are created, hence you’ll feel even more shitty in the next. The truth is that it I s not worth it. However, it is not always how we feel. I hope things get better for you 🙂
