thats not completely true. i live far away from all of my family and it allows me to talk to them. although some people do use facebook for bad things
You could just skype them or something though, I get it it’s not all bad I just feel it is often a unhealthy addiction that promotes narcissism. There’s a theory the more you use facebook the lonelier you are.
i cant skype them i dont have time for that. i live a busy life

the problem started before i started this. my mother moved me away. she then kicked me out and after i completely got her out of my life i started a new one with my fiance. im only here because the memories hurt. over all im happy with my new life.

ive given up on privacy. im pretty sure if anyone wanted to know what i was doing or thinking they could find a way to get the info. i just try to live in the light .

Yeah vpns all the way 🙂 It’s a shame we have to take extra steps to maintain privacy, and often data will be collected one way or another… scaryy.
I think fb is okay for contacting people might be better off using other sites or programs. I feel it promotes an unhealthy mindset, and normalises it. Society does a good job of this often but… fb is another level. It’s like handing the world so many details about yourself and expectinng it not to come back and bite you on the ass in one way or another… its too much potential for toxic nature of society to surface. I could list examples for dayz…
I don’t like facebook. I have a fake account I barely use. Man can you imagine how much some people would look at others there and constantly compare themselves to them? How is that healthy? Focus on yourself instead!

I have a couple of FB accounts which don’t use but one is so friends can reach me and the other is for logging onto some sites that use it.
Otherwise, I have zero interest in this site and would never share any of my personal info or happenings in my life like some people do. I don’t really give a fk about any people who use it either most of them are pretentious posers.
Also, there are legit crazies out there that would mess up your life if they could. The less anyone knows about you online the better. I know some people think that people can find out your info if they really wanted but why make it easy for them? Same goes for locks on doors.
I prefer Twitter much more but they’ve turned into real speech Nazis and if you don’t hold the fringe views of the radical Left they ban people. Hopefully Trump will step in and enforce the 1st Amend on these social media giants but that’s another topic.
I understand what you say up until the bit about Trump and the first amendment. He would violate every amendment to meet his own goals. He’s violated the first amendment on twitter as just one example ( his need to ban any critics ). Please please educate yourself. I’m not American and you have every right to support whomever in the hope to make ‘Murica great again (whatever that means) but that guy will not bring progress. From the outside looking in Trump looks like someone with mental illness, namely narcissism. A little boy with way too much power, but luckily not enough brain power to weild it. He won’t protect your freedom of speech unless you have a perspective that doesn’t condone rascism.. general facism, materialism and sexism ext. i think deep down most people know these things don’t create progress or freedom. Sorry just scares me when people think he stands for rights/amendments. Not disrespect intended.
