It gets up to 95 degrees in my room (35 c) for most of the day, like I said in the title would it be possible to wear heavy winter layers and sleep in bed under some heavy blankets and unalive? I feel this could be a relatively painless, simple, and easy way for me to go, ive lost my job, my car, and my friends and family and ill likely be homeless in a few weeks and id rather not.

Serious doubts on whether that would work. You’d have to be running for hours under a sweltering sun to hope to die of a heatstroke and they usually aren’t fatal.
I’m sorry you’re going through shit. You can fix it. Most problems are fixable.
That sounds extremely uncomfortable and drawn out, and unlikely to work. You might pass out eventually, but I doubt it’d kill you. Hope it turns around for you.
no, discomfort keeps you from sleeping when your body overclocks like this. passing by starvation is a great example. only once the body has already begun to fail does tiredness and expiration occur, and even then, unreliably and with agony.
don’t hurt yourself.
I had forgotten until you brought it back up, I tried a similar stunt several summers in a row. On the hottest day of the year, I road my bike through the most heat dense part of the city in hopes of accomplishing heat stroke and death. Never worked, and here I still am.
Quite honestly severe cold is far more effective than severe heat, and given current climate issues we may never see cold severe enough to help one end it in the areas easy to access. There was a mini ice age decades ago, lots of people died to the cold.
Death by heat requires relative frailty to begin with. Even then, the body seems to want to hold on, even when you don’t. There’s no joy in me telling you this, your situation sounds bloody awful. It is merely my hope that you learn from my mistakes. Heat stroke is a hard thing to get when you are trying, and even then someone might pull you out of it, or circumstances may change.
Where I am right now, sometimes just when the heat seems most ready to consume us, rain, and temperatures back off. It’s a form of torture; being tempted so with an exit, and then drenched in heaven’s piss.
Would a doctor send you in a box over this or say the cliche “but was it serious or just a thought”
Cause some doctors will just foot the bill and send you to get help.
Another / “will grandma’s pound cake pound me to death”
And more I can think of
