My problem is that i hear too much voices and too much noises in my mind , i have hallucination and i derealize very often but that’s ok

At least you hear voices, I wouldn’t feel so lonely I’d I did too.
believe me , it’s not that cool , they try to kill me like the government
The government is always watching, I never torrent or even stream illegally . When I go to the gas station I check for needles on gas pumps and the back seat before I leave. I realize this is run of the mill paranoia but I understand sort of.
