Dear Kina:
Do you have any other options than the losers who are turning their backs on you? How old are you? Who do you live with? I know I’m being nosey, but perhaps there are alternatives that you have not considered yet. I have no respect whatsoever for shrinks; they TRULY don’t give a damn. But, for some folks, they can sometimes hit on some meds that might help you.

Until you can find the right people to talk to, you are alone. The morons you’ve been trying to connect with don’t care; it would disrupt their shiny, happy, stylish, phoney, lying, selfish, cool, hip, superior-to-YOU world to be bothered with listening to you. These people are not worth your time. I hope they’e not your family; they’re the worst. Sounds like you’re doing the cutting thing or harming yourself in some other way. If you are considering suicide, make sure it works, because if you end up hospitalized, your hell on earth will only be extended (as long as the docs/hospital are getting paid, they don’t care either). Experience talking.

Please consider your options very carefully. It’s not that no one cares; you’ve been talking to the wrong people. We on this forum care.

Kina, dear;

I’m sorry; you sound like a young person, but since you asked, I will respond to you as an adult. Yes, I have suggestions that will guarantee success. I haven’t found the courage to use either myself.

1. Jump from building at least 10 stories high and make sure you land on concrete, not in someone’s convertible. It would be difficult to get access to the roof, for building security reasons, but if you know someone who lives in a high-rise apartment, you could use that also. One of Marie Osmond’s adopted sons did just that.

2. Take a dive off of a freeway overpass. When you get there, do not “linger” looking over the edge. Just go. Cops and do-gooders show up out of nowhere and will try to stop you. Don’t even talk to them, just go. The only downside to this is that landing on the pavement below will not kill you immediately; the distance is not high enough; a few cars/trucks will probably have to finish you off, so I suggest being heavily drugged or smashed on something for this one.
