Sounds like a panic attack or hyperventilating. Try breathing deeply into a small paper bag (like one you’d pack your lunch in). As you breath in more and more of your own carbon dioxide and less oxygen, you will begin to feel relaxed. You should probably also force yourself to eat something. If you can’t keep solid food down, try juices or anything with sugar in it.
