I have something that is like an anti-depressant for me, Music. Its very weird because if im not listening to music I have depressing, suicidal thoughts but as soon as I play music I become a happy person, I even sing and sometimes dance when music is on. I have found something that vanquishes my depression for a short time, if all the rest of you could just find something to help with your depression like I have music you will find a real change in yourself. Give it a try for your benefit.

Music has always been the utmost important thing in my life, and in fact, Music IS my Life essentially, as I can’t be separated from it.
Music is one of those beautiful, pure things that’s still remain in this world. The other things are Nature, good souls (people), and as simple as observing the walks of nature and animals.
This is why I’ve decided to dedicate my life for music, and become a musician/composer/songwriter.
I have some of my music compositions to soothe one’s heart and soul, while stopping the time & space for a brief time. Please come to this humble site: http://www.myspace.com/nikiwonotomusic
and I plan to create/compose for music, to touch, connect, and inspire other souls on the planet Earth.
To become the instrument of the Universe,..I truly feel this is my purpose in this physical earthly existence, regardless of money and status.
What is it that’s making you suicidal. Music won’t always be accesible, and I don’t want your mortality to rely on something so maliable.
Music is wonderful, it can be cathartic and can lift ones spirits or fill one with a sense of joy. But the music I like is melancholic, reflective and thoughtful. I have very few happy songs that I like listening too, strange I know!!! >.>
When I want to just turn off to I listen to alot of trance and techno…
OMFG Shelly same here.

I know this post is over now but when I’m down I enjoy listening to alot of alternative and indie-rock like Radiohead, Placebo, Muse, Coldplay, Modest Mouse, Arcade Fire, Franz Ferdinand, Snow Patrol, Midlake and so on…
I also enjoy chilling out to lots of 60s and 70s classic-rock such as The Beatles, The Doors, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Jethro Tull, King Crimson, The Moody Blues, Fleetwood Mac, Supertramp, Cream and early Genesis…
Also heaps of trance and techno, lol, I got pretty eclectic tastes…
