I hate my life so much, ever since I was a little kid I’ve been a fat ugly bastard, I got tormented about it all the way from 1st grade up until sophomore year of high school. My junior year I started getting violent, I started listening to heavier music and would go to shows just to hit people, I wanted everyone to know that I wasn’t their little ***** anymore, I made sure I never left a show until I beat the shit out of someone. I come home almost every day and get yelled at by my dad, calling me out on my weight, always asking me if im even trying to lose weight, of course I am I hate being fat. Being the fatass that I am I could never find any girl to love me, I got turned down every year for homecoming and I didn’t go to prom my senior year, nobody wanted to go with me cause im a big fat ugly monster. I’d act tough in school, people wouldn’t fuck with me but id come home everyday and go to my room and just tell myself how ugly I am and how fat I am, and id sit there and tell myself I am nothing. And I’d cry. I act tough but really its just like a disguise.  I wish I could die, why can’t I be someone else, why do I have to be the guy with the fat issues. Why can’t I be like everyone else. I dont eat any worse than any other American, why do I have to be the big fat ass. I can’t even come home and talk to my parents, cause they just ride my ass about being fat all the time. I literraly dont know how much longer I can take it. I’ve been doing lots of dumb shit hoping to get myself killed. I honestly can’t wait till I die, I honestly believe all I am is a waste of space, and most people would agree with that.

I can feel your pain. Can you get a liposuction done? I am serious. I was never seriously fat but when I did it, I felt really good about myself. I know that some metabolisms can be slow and it’s difficult to lose weight because of it.
I could tell you that one day someone will love you for you just the way you are, and I wouldn’t be lying! But why not increase your chances and above all why not strive to feel happier about yourself?
One of my best friend’s ex-boyfriend, Karim Ramos, please do google him, used to be obese and now he has a gorgeous body and all kinds of fans and girls. He wrote a book about it, you can google it too. He did it by exercising like a manic but the important thing is that he made it! You can make it too!
Dieting is a ***** and i know you’ve been a lot with your weight problems. I have a solution to your problem. Just diet. It is a complete change in your lifestyle. If you follow these rules below after my paragraph about me then you will be successful. The key is you need to be very consistent and follow every rule. Give it three months if you don’t see a twenty lb weight loss then feel free to pull the trigger.
Hi. I completely understand what you are going through. I am 18, black, tall, roughly 20 lbs overweight but it doesn’t show since I’m lanky. I sweat everywhere i walk on college campus and i have absolutely no self confidence with girls. I am starting to eat better but it is very hard to escape the western diet. The good thing about your situation is that IF you can lose weight to a healthy body size everything else will become less difficult. I am in the exact same situation as you and tried to commit suicide about six weeks ago with zoloft and advilpm. obviously it didn’t work nor was it necessary. Body size is only a TEMPORARY problem. It is something tangible and physical that can be fixed. Not to say that’ll be simple and easy. The best advice i can give you is fix the main problem which is diet your fucking ass off…. I used to be 305 lbs 6’8 and i was miserable but then i followed these simple rules i made up off research and my life has almost completely turned around. I’ve only been dieting for like year and intensely for two months and now i am 265 which is a decent weight for me.
Follow these rules:
1. Adjust your types of food ingested and absolutely no more white bread and pasta-like foods. Those are bad carbs. Each meal should fall between 500-650 calories.
-25% protein
-25% carbohydrates
-25% fruits
-25% vegetables.
2. Your proportion should consist of a medium sized plate and NOTHING more…. It is hard to leave the lunch table knowing your hunger is not satisfied and you would regularly eat more. See your stomach stretches when you eat more than you should. Thats why you feel unsatisfied but if you eat just enough to stop feeling the hunger then your stomach will shrink overtime.
3. Drink water at every meal and buy a water bottle to keep with you at all times and drink at least eight cups of water a day. This is probably one of the most important parts of dieting believe it or not. Water keeps you full so you control portions at your main meals and prevent snacking
4. Eat early(no snacks or meals after 6 pm)* and often(healthy snacks). Wake up and eat breakfast. Dieting is a way of life. Every aspect of your day is changed. If you wake up around noon, don’t, i mean DONT, overeat to make up for two meals. Its not necessary to over compensate because you’ll wind up eating more and feeling too full. Also snacking is not fully FROWNED upon if you eat the right kind of snack. Unsalted peanuts or cashews, or a banana(some type of fruit) is a good type of snack. You should only snack twice a day and they should be a both should be below 100 calories. Eating dinner early helps you create a hunger pain for breakfast in the morning. Breakfast is a jump start to your day. Just try it.
Example:
Breakfast: i had 3/5 plate eggs(1/5 protein, 2/5 carbs) with a little cheddar cheese and some juicy cantaloupe for about 2/5 of the plate. Remember only one plate is necessary to control portions. You won’t feel full and thats the hardest part of dieting. You have to realize that you only need to eat enough to give you energy and satisfy hunger till the next meal. Two glasses of water. 500 calories estimated.
Lunch: I had 1/10 plate of ground beef, 3/5 plate of salad w/ a little bit of onion, cheddar cheese, carrots, etc. 1/5 plate of rice and low fat italian dressing( about 1-2 tsp). Threw a banana into the mix also. Mixed the beef and rice together to make a good mixture of healthy carbs. Beef or red meat in general isn’t the best kind of carbs from meat. I recommend chicken or other types of poultry. 650 calories estimated. with a glass of water
Dinner:(5:45 pm) 1/5 plate of corn, 1/5 plate of black beans, 1/5 plate green beans, 1/5 plate of grilled chicken( w/ roasted tomatoes) and a small salad if that doesn’t fill you up. Don’t bomb your salad with dressing only just a couple of drops. It is ok to make your dinner around 750 calories, after all it is your last meal till breakfast. If you feel hungry after just have an apple or a 80 calories yogurt. 700-800 calories estimated.
IMPORTANT PART———>>> Although you’ll lose weight by just eating right, however if you want real results from your diet, workout will increase your overall weight loss.
All you need as a beginner is high aerobic lifting exercise and just a mile run everyday.

Workout supplements i recommend(not needed). C4 cellulose, Craze, any supplement of GNC store. super advanced whey protein. don’t gulp down* just sip throughout day to prevent hunger strains. Don’t over consume supplements though these do have calories 🙁
Workout exercises- sixpackshortcuts on youtube, mens health articles, local gym trainers give good advise.
Workout tips- if you leave the gym sweating your ass off soaking wet then you got the job done. Intensity is the key, your muscles shouldn’t be begging for more. Workout your abs. Its a very important muscle to exercise because everything you do involves abs for the most part. If you don’t have a gym, don’t use an excuse there are alternatives.
If you don’t like to workout or don’t feel like putting in the effort there is still hope. Follow everything i just told you but keep your meals below 500 calories each. Think about it only 30 mins of working out burns maybe 250 calories. so just lower every meals calorie intake by 100 calories on average. I highly recommend exercise though. Although eating right is probably 80% of the solution why not give the rest(20%) and get real results. my opinion though.
My man, you can do it. I did it and I’m the biggest lazy gamer you’ll ever meet. Girls don’t obsess over my looks or anything like that now but they still notice me, talk to me, and want to interact with me because i love my body. Confidence and health is what you gain from your miserable years in high school if in fact you decide you want to do something about it. Consistency, dexterity, and motivation is all you need. You have it in you now just apply it.
@failure – I could have written your post 30 yrs ago. Including being yelled at, bribed and made guilty about my weight by my parents and siblings. I’ve done every diet on the planet and then some. Fat and ugly and bullied until I took on the toughest scariest beeatch in middle school and let out years of anger. From middle school on, I was considered the fat, ugly mentally unstable one. Never went to any dances and was turned down by 20 geeks when i asked if they’d go to the prom with me. Never went. Unfortunately, I turned to alcohol in my early teens and stayed an alcoholic until I was 24 (sober now). I still didn’t cope well with life stresses and turned back to food to cope (I made it through my Masters and PhD due to obsessiveness). Now that I’m not using food to cope due to emergency surgery I am in therapy to learn other stuff to do. I also do reckless things, like ride my Harley in crazy Washington, DC rush hour traffic.
My hope to give to you: find an eating disorder therapist. Several work with licensed nutritionists as all. In the end, learning to cope with life’s frustrations and stresses in a more acceptable way will make you a much happier person. Don’t wait until you are 49 years old like me to realize it’s time to stop being afraid and trust one therapist, even if it ends up with me in a hospital for a little while.
