I have no idea. I am thinking you made a mistake and meant didn’t. That that person didn’t let you die. I hope so. Internet ghosts are a tad spooky etc.

You know when someone loves you they don’t want you to die? Even when you are hurting so much. They don’t want you to leave them for death. Then you will not be in there lives anymore. Even if it was a total stranger who the hell would walk away from that? I sure as heck woudn’t. I would call for an ambulance because I am not just going to walk away from someone bleeding all over the sidewalk or foaming at the mouth.
