We’re born only to die. Everything in between is just filler. There is no god the cosmos were sprung randomly and reality is merely an illusion made by chemicals that interact with our brains. Life is meaningless unless you choose to give it meaning. Society is just a game that we as social primates are hard wired to want to play for survival. But if we’re well beyond the means of just surviving then what are we doing but waiting to die.

Sounds about right.
Anyone is just trying to survive. Life is a random act.
Survival is easy, it’s acquisition of surplus resources that is hard.
If you just do whatever feels right in each moment, and aren’t full of inexplicable compulsion to harm others, you will most likely accidentally survive.
When thirsty, drink.
When hungry, eat.
When restless, exercise.
When tired, rest.
When anxious, do something.
When stressed, relax.
When overwhelmed, step back.
For most people, the real problems begin when you struggle to figure out something that others can’t, or won’t, tell you.
They don’t want you fishing; they want you buying fish from them.
Life is not a random act, though we cannot understand or discover all aspects of its mysterious and most likely random origins.
You can say “life is random,” but there are causes for all effects, and reasons for all choices and actions; sometimes the reason might be “because i wanted to do something inexplicable, for no reason.” But the reason in that would be that you wanted to do something different… which would have its own reason, which i would guess would have something to do with boredom, or perhaps a compulsion of its own origin.
Very few things are ever Actually random. It’s just easier for most people to think “everything is so random,” and feel helpless about it, rather than successfully venturing to understand obscure causes for events.
I’m not even sure why “whether or not life has any meaning” is even relevant… except for that lots of people are making claims that it has “meaning-A” or “meaning-B,” which creates a dividing point between them, and those who know that’s not actually true. So, “let’s blame religion” for that, i guess… or maybe we should just blame intellectually lazy people (because i don’t think it’s right to blame people who are incapable of understanding, or who simply lack the information needed to make a valid assessment).
Saying “oh, it’s all just random” is quite the cop-out.
What we really should be asking is: “why aren’t things the way i expect them to be, and why do i expect what i do?”
Every one has their own opinion. There are no right or wrongs.
Does it bother you that it is meaningless? If it does I wonder why? Yes you’re born and then you die. Whats so bad bout that?
