How do you deal with anger. Anger is an incredible understatement how do you deal with life when you have a constant flow of hatred in your veins. It gets bad like stabbing pain in the gut bad. You just want to scream and yell and savagely hit everything around you. But that’s not right there are rules if you don’t follow them they just cage you agin……FUCK YOU EDDY YOU BALD PAIN IN THE ASS.

when it spikes, when i feel like i’m about to go hulk-mode… when i can no longer psychologically detach myself, and feel it start to take over…
I like to be alone… sit still, close my eyes, breathe… maybe lay down and try to let it dissipate… and that sometimes takes hours.
I think the key is to try not to let it get to that point. Try not to let it build up so far. And when it does, try to be in a position where you can isolate yourself, so that you don’t have extra BS to deal with on top of being ready to snap and explode all over some poor unsuspecting person… or even someone who probably deserves it, for that matter.
For me, it sometimes gets so bad that i get a migraine from it… at which point i must take some aleve and just… stop.
If your body is capable, i recommend lots of pushups. Spend the energy in a “constructive” way, so that you won’t have it to spend on destruction.
