I really keep on thinking of suicide when am really angry inside ,i have realised in this world people will never give back what you have sacrificed for them ,they will carry on hurting you each and every day as long as to them they are enjoying hurting you and being an introvert makes everything worse because avoiding confrontation is in your nature hence the pain and stress builds that it becames health risk ,depression, hypertension that leads to heart diseases and stroke,i had so many dreams in my life but they are all fading fast am in early thirties but challenges in life are so enormous i have made so many uninformed decisions in life, tried to correct my past mistakes, trying to be good in possible ways as a human being but the more am trying the more am sinking into the cruelity of reality nobody hears my cry just like an invisible crying boy behind the open door ,so cold so dark and hungry,i wish i could live to my dreams but am slipping away from the hands of my dreamed destiny into the dungeon of reality where no nobody cares

I know what you mean about the introvert part. I am at the extreme end of introversion which has just added lots of additional anxiety and makes depression worse.
The more freely you give, the more readily the world will take. It’s a harsh truth. If you give an advantage, someone will take it. If you make yourself vulnerable, someone will attack. If you let down your defenses, someone will intrude. If you give your best, someone will get the best of you.
If you insist on being honorable, do so only for those who are worthy of being honored… because the dishonorable will have no problem dishonoring you.
Sometimes you have to out-monster the monsters, to stop them from devouring you… and/or others. It’s not a choice i enjoy, but it is sometimes necessary.
It’s okay to give freely sometimes, when it’s meaningful to you, to do so, without asking or hoping or expecting anything in return. But pick your spots.
Pause, relax, re-center, stabilize, nourish yourself, and solve the next problem, or dominate the next task, as you encounter them. Just be, and just live. Don’t needlessly expose yourself to unnecessary struggles. Give yourself some breathing room.
Thanks clevername!!! I always knew it, just needed to hear it!
