Seriously, I want to be cremated too. My biggest fear is still being somehow aware of my surroundings, like in a near-death experience. When I die, I want to be gone for good.
But, since you don’t really believe in an afterlife.. I don’t think a NDE really will happen. Unless, you have a nightmare. Or, the afterlife really does exist… I don’t know. *shrugs* If death was easy, and painless… I would already be gone.

I don’t really know, the brain is a weird thing. If it turns out the afterlife does exist, it will probably be worse than this world, much like a prison, probably even like life… again.

If people had the freedom to live again, they’d probably just go insane and start raping each other, murdering each other, and so on, at least, if there were no god in the afterlife.
