Being a Mom is hard. Thing is Moms have an in-built fault. They are human too and humans screw up ….a lot. S she the kind that would tell you WHY?
Mom’s should still be loving no matter what you look like joinel. She’s allowed to be fallible and have bad days but you should at least know you’re loved.
Agreed, scaredkitty. Mom’s issues aren’t your own joinel; they are hers. But you also might benefit from understanding she is human and so incapable of perfection. Discovering her perspective could free you. My Mom sucks too. Not my fault. She was messed up long before she gave birth to me. No one’s fault. Once I understood that, my paradigm shifted.
