Is there any way I can come to this planet with full knowledge about it?
IMO, born as kid, schooling, college, marks is useless. It is all about learning something which is already existed.
Instead of wasting 20 years on that we can put small chip in brain which has all the knowledge about the world.
So that we can only concentrate on how to use that knowledge.
Question is how we can enable a human to born as grownup?
Not something like cloning, but shaping your 20 year old son in computer.

Just last night I was reading about google and their plans to do just that, implant chis in the brain (for acquiring knowledge).
Naturally, you want the Matrix version of learning. It is worth noting, however, that the Neo character could not really use what was downloaded until he got over the denial of being “the one.”
You, who are the one, must do what you do until that is status is no longer denied. It’s not all cakes and ale, amigo, but these things can not be rushed.
Even if you have all the relevant data and information, you still need to develop skill at manipulating it, and yourself.
The real problem with “education,” is that quite a lot of it is “noise,” and quite a lot of it is false, contrived and instilled from an early age, in order to influence motivations and behaviors which are desirable to those who choose what gets taught, and to whom.
If we could eliminate all the “noise,” and all the BS, the process of becoming a competent and self-sufficient individual would not take as long. But with all the noise and BS (much of which is intended), some people never get there.
I think clevername hits the nail on the head about education. I think all those years we spend in school is merely a form of indoctrination – so that we conform to society. We’re taught “facts” – large portion of which are false – and repeat those “facts” back to the teacher in order to pass. There is no real thinking or challenging, just memorization.
As for computer chips – I dunno about that. Who decides what gets put on these chips? Who writes the information? History is written by the winners, as they say. Besides, it seems to take away the ability for an individual to learn and change their mind about what they’ve learned. And that’s just strictly logic – what about emotional intelligence? You can’t write that on a computer chip.
Also, it takes away the choice of the person that gets a chip implanted into them at birth.
