Today is my third day of not cutting.
I am proud.
This may seem small but every day I go without  mutilating my own  skin is one day closer to  clean wrists again.

As each day that adds to it is a massive acheivement. You keep on keepin on.
Thats great!! I hope you continue not cutting.
I also hope you are looking at the issues that made you start to begin with, so you can get out of that frame of mind to want to self harm.
