Might seem like a silly question, but whilst considering suicide, did any of you consider what you would wear? People always talk about the right method but did any of you think of how you would want others to see you ‘afterwards’? Or do you not care?
I personally care, I want to be remembered in a good way, I wouldn’t want to die in my pyjamas..

I could see why people would care but personally I don’t give a shit…I could be found naked for all I care…
I think I would want to wear something that people remember me in. Maybe my favorite jacket or something.
My method will make a bloody mess, so clothes will be ruined anyway.
always thought id try to dress as simple as possible, something thin or just underwear. i mean they’re gonna have to strip you eventually anyway right? might as well make it easy for em

I’d go for comfort. So I think I’d actually love dying in my pajamas.
With most methods you’re going to leave a pretty gruesome sight anyway.
But yeah, you could take a nice warm bath, put on some nice comfy clothes etc. That would be a pleasant last ritual.
I will take the leap into death in underwear. I hope my sister will have good use of whatever clothes I leave behind.
Depends on who’ll find you first. Likely an ambulance crew is going to cut off your ‘favorite shirt’. Clothes won’t deter them much. They’d likely prefer to handle you with clothes than without. EMT’s are people too! A family member or friend might be horrified to find you regardless (and being naked might just scar them further). I’d say be comfortable and do what you want.
I’m wearing my favorite shirt right now… and I intend to be found in it.

see, when I was thinking about it, I decided that I would want to die in clothes I always pictured myself when I was happy. You know, when you daydream about how something good might happen one day.. In those situations I always pictured myself in black shorts and my fan-made SOAD t-shirt. I think I’d want to die in those clothes..
