how do I know when there are comments on threads I commented on or threads I have started.. even if I click subscribe I don’t get anything… is there a place on this site I can see it all

I haven’t figured it out either. The subscribe stuff doesn’t work for me.
It definitely needs an overhaul. An upgrade at the very least.
I’m new to SP too, and I seem to remember clicking an option somewhere to get email notifications if someone leaves comments on my posts. Maybe go through your settings and see if there’s a way to enable that?
I’ve had the same problem with subscriptions, and a lot of things here seem counter-intuitive to me. There might be a lot of madcap hilarity while we’re figuring out how to use this website…
