Hey, I’m not going to say don’t be so hard on yourself, but it’s hard to go cold turkey on anything. And if you made it 4 months, then that was impressive (whatever it was). Do you think you could just view a single relapse episode here and there (cause they do happen) as a stumble that you can get up from as long as you go longer each time without falling? Just a suggestion is all.
In the past 10 years I’ve never been clean for more than a few days. I even sought help too but I wasn’t a man who could be helped. Did you know that Jeremy Kyle used to have a gambling addiction too? I’m thinking of writing to him so that I can appear on national television and tell the world about horse racing. I tried here but it’s obvious people don’t understand or care.

Which substance?
From what they have posted before, I’d guess it to be a razor or a knife, not a substance. Of course, I may be wrong.

The other option is to just accept it as part of your life. I dunno.
I’m an addict myself. And I’m really tiring of the emotional turmoil of hoping hoping hoping failing.
Sometimes I think I’d be better off if I just let it be and focused on other things.
@Kenny’s Ghost: You can always make me smile. Always. Thank you.
