My favored swabbie! Once depression gets a hold of you it’s hard to shake, i a very depressed person my self, The only way I know of battling it is to give yourself a break, say enough is enough, try to thinks of things you like in between, watch some comedy, play with your cat, if you have one, do something to make people around you laugh, get interested in something other than your problems, take a vacation from your problems, i know easier sad then done but try.
