I’m guessing sadness affects your -> overall state of being, and this one molds your -> way of life, which in turn loops back into -> more sadness -> etc. Might be completely wrong in that one, but if i’m sort of right, finding a way of lowering that sadness or finding coping mechanisms to deal with it should improve the other parts.

I think there is always a way around sadness if you are creative enough!
