Hello, how is everyone this morning? I have enjoyed reading alot of the posts on this site. I enjoy reading. Would anyone be interested in sharing a book they have read lately or are reading now. Also the screen names are very interesting! If anyone is interested in sharing the significance of their screen name, if would very much enjoy. My reason is in my first post Saturday night.

Good morning and good night. I’m from Pluto so I don’t know what time it is on any other planets. I haven’t read much books in a while. Have you? Anyway my name represents how I feel alone/distant from other planets. The planets represent society. Pluto being the farthest planet from the sun and ‘Empty’ representing how i’m unsure of my feelings most of the time. And Pluto is my homeplanet.
I guess this is an awful time to point out that pluto was reclassified and is no longer a planet. You are far too cool to be a planet anyway! I am reading the shack.
When I was a kid, Pluto was still considered a planet.
I will always think of it as a planet, no matter what science says. 🙂
This reminds me of a T-Shirt I saw awhile back.

I know! How dare they reclassify the almighty Pluto?! Just wait until I take over Saturn and Jupiter and see what happens. When I was born, Pluto wasn’t considered a dwarf planet. It says so on my birth certificate. So science can suck it!
I imagine if I had to pick a favorite planet (besides earth), my favorite would probably also be Pluto.
But since you’ve already claimed that one, I’ll pick Neptune instead.

My alias nepheliad means ‘cloud nymph.’ It was mostly a random choice because I liked that word, but if you wanted to psychoanalyze me for choosing that term, well… maybe you could say it’s because I’m a bit of a dreamer. Despite the issues that brought me to this website, I’m a fundamentally optimistic person. I try to see the silver lining, to make the best of a situation, and to stay open minded for the possibility of better tomorrows. Is my “head in the clouds”? Maybe a tiny bit… but I consider that a good thing. 😉
