I remember watching that friends episode back then and thinking “man, that’s cheesy”. Sure enough, when i was in the same situation my reaction was pretty similar (genders reversed tho) so… yeah, i guess it’s one of those “you have to live it to really know how it is” kind of situation. My heart out to you if you’re living that, time does help, but it sure takes a long while to “sort of” forget.
