Hey SP,
I am very depressed right now. I am doing self harm now, but it isn’t enough. I have never cut my self on purpose but I think this will be the day I do. Can I have any advice on where I should do it? I plan to do it on my wrist so I can hide it under my watch. Let me know what you think.

No you shouldn’t cut yourself at all. It isn’t worth it.
I can’t advice you to do it because it rarely fixes anything
In fact you’ll more than likely end up regretting it eventually
Selfharm can be slippery slope to start on for some, and a good thing for even fewer.
it can come to the point where you become sorta addicted to it.
then it can eventually come to the point where even that turns it’s back on you, and gives no release, and all you have is a scarred thigh that can’t even feel anything anymore
Selfharm is only a temporary fix, and even if it can feel so good, and seem to work wonder right here and now, it won’t last.
and one of the worst things that can happen is if the “wrong” person discovers it, because it can have some terrible consequences depending on your circumstances.
If you absolutely must, which i don’t advice, don’t use your wrist, you’d be surprised how easy it it is to be discovered there.
a thing that might help instead of cutting is ice, preferably cubes, since they tend to melt before any damage is done while still making a little sting
but a deep frozen product, meat, icecream, so on, can work too, just be careful you don’t get frost burns
in any case, i suggest you try to find the cause of your troubles, and try to deal with them, and find a better, more positive, and more permanent solution.
