It feels like I am just using people. They listen to me, to my problems and kinda help me, as much as they can at least, but I never get the chance to give it back to them. Do you guys feel like that? What should I do?

I feel like that all the time, sometimes I feel like my I don’t deserve any of my friends because I don’t help them at all, I just get help and it seems like an uneven relationship. I don’t know what to do either, usually I just keep most of my friends at a distance so they don’t find out something’s wrong, which sucks too
