I didn’t really get upset, I suppose that’s not the right term for it. But my mom asked what I wanted in my supper, then put other stuff in and I didn’t really like it. It’s not like I got mad at her or anything, it was just inside for some reason I couldn’t deal with it. Just stupid shit as usual.
Sometimes we’re really hard on ourselves…sometimes we’re really hard on the people who try to do nice things for us. I’ve done things just like that before. All I can say is beating yourself up about it, especially when you didn’t lash out at her, doesn’t help anything. In fact, it makes things worse. But if you can release being upset at yourself for it, and learn from your mistakes, then things are better off in long run and you can grow as a person, as well as have a more positive view 🙂 Take care, be safe ♥♥

How?
Just got upset over a small thing, and they were only trying to be nice. At least I didn’t lash out at them, that’s a positive I guess…
I done that before. It almost cost me my relationship. What did you get upset over?

I see, I can relate sometimes. I don’t really have advice so I’m not really helpful.
