Yeah, I’ve never really bothered with seeing the docs since I was young but I’ve gotten that story from a lot of different people. Pretty common because of all the overlap in symptoms. Turns into a bit of a guessing game trying to figure out what fits between the symptoms and the history they’re given.
Would it be better or worse not being diagnosed with a single thing? Genuine question.
Sorry if that came out as rude… I’ve got anhedonia and don’t know how I sound sometimes…
