I was depressed for a year a few years ago, thankfully I’ve overcome this and now am determined to help whoever and everyone that I can. The only problem is I don’t know how to/ the best method to help with depression/ self harm so any tips/ methods are greatly appreciated I do recommend the butterfly project as it is an amazing idea.
