My trial begins in a couple of weeks. I’ve just come back from a weekend away with my in-laws and had an amazing time.
Obviously the discussions moved round to the allegations I will be fighting, and have had a resounding vote of confidence from everyone.
It’s been a few weeks since I have posted, and have come to the conclusion that it’s everyone else that’s screwed up and not me.
I’m convinced that whilst I may have my failings (needy and insecure) I’m actually a nice person.
Intervention by my doctor and local crisis team have helped a great deal, and my meds have been increased significantly. Got a testing few weeks ahead of me but that light at the end of the tunnel is now a lot bigger than a pinhole.

Went to see my GP today for a repeat prescription. I was totally honest and told him everything. He immediately referred me time to the “crisis team” wtf is that all about?

Today,for the 1st time in almost 2 years, I confided in a mutual friend. I told her of my thoughts and she insisted that I hear her thoughts and those of her son.. 4 the 1st time in a long time I actually feel like I will be able to prove that I am innocent. Thank you KK & NK. Xx

had my 1st practise with my home made hood today and it worked perfectly. I begin back at work next week as a self employed driver, and my last few weeks will be so that I can leave my partner enough money to clear some last bills, and pay for a cremation, and with the exception of rehoming my 2 dogs, all is fine for my departure. I have decided to make my exit away from the home we share, as I would not like my other half to find me.

Had a lovely Sunday with the in-laws.
Actually feel a bit guilty that come November I will no longer here.
I’ve a young nephew and niece who think the world of me and wonder why I no longer go and see them.
My brother in law and his wife, are worried about how I have withdrawn so much from theirs and their children’s lives, but I just tell them I’m busy.
Where once a bonfire of life could be seen
Now lies a black scorch on the village green
People they departed a few at a time
Even though I’d committed no crime
“There’s no smoke without fire” then “I knew it weren’t true”
How their minds changed when the whole truth came through
That part of the village is still dead and black
And like the friends, it’ll never come back
Even in sleep my mind is filled with thoughts that all come back to the same finality.
As I have been unable to work for almost 2 years, the old grey matter hasn’t been getting much of a work out, say for the odd long walk with my dog’s. There are some times several days where the 3 of us just stay in our own little ‘nest’, only surfacing about 20 minutes before my other half arrives home, and painting on that smile that says everything is ok.

I’m a man in my 40’s based in the UK. Up until 2 years ago I had everything I wanted in my life. It was then that one person’s vitriol cast a shadow over my life, that can never ever be lifted.
