i just got out of long term on july 2. i was in long term for 3 months. it helped for the first week when i got out but now its way worse than before. i cut everyday multiple times, i bite myself, i scratch myself, i even burn myself. i dont know what to do. i dont want to go back to the hospital. im not crazy. i dont have a problem. i do this because i need to.

Try this.
Quickly rub your palms till hot, while breathing in deeply.
The following process takes 6 seconds while breathing out only.
Put your left palm on your forehead with your fingers slightly spread on your head.
Your right palm clench under your left elbow.
Say command words 3 times with your firm belief while slowly sweeping your left palm towards the rear of your head.
At the end of 6 seconds, jerk your left hand free, away from the rear of your head.
This casts all negative force out of your body.
The command words can be simply as out, out, out; or any of your beliefs.
