Hey everyone,
I’ve lost my will to live because my bipolar disorder holds me back from keeping a meaningful job or achieving anything concrete. I only feel really hopeful about the future when I’m contemplating suicide.
However, promising as the thought of dying sounds to me, up until now I have failed miserably at dying, and woke up once in ER and once in a Psych Ward.. Lack of experience I guess 😀
So is there anyone with practical knowledge in here? I’d like to know more about how to make the “helium method” work. I’m not interested in links, but in advice.
The method consists of a plastic bag and helium, which are supposed to cause a relatively peaceful death by asphyxiation when combined.
* I’ve bought two small disposable helium tanks, but don’t know what to do with them. They don’t have a tube/hose to get the helium out of the cylinder and into your lungs… Where can I find such tubes, and how do I attach them to the cylinders? Also, it doesn’t look like these cylinders have a “regulating” valve, to keep the flow of helium steady… Helium should flow very gently, for at least 30 minutes.
* As for the “exit bag”… I have “Betty’s” videos about how to make an exit bag, but I’m very bad with hands.
Does anyone have some advice to make it simpler?
What if I buried myself inside my duvet cover with my 2 cylinders of helium, and closed the buttons (of the duvet cover) to prevent too much oxygen from getting in? WOuld that work in your opinion?
Otherwise, is there any simpler way to make an “exit bag”? I would also be willing to order a ready-made one from the internet…
Thanks for having read this. Any advice is welcome.
Good luck to you all!

I cant really help you, untill the moderator aproves the message where i send you my email.
I won’t tell you how to do it because I don’t want you to and it’s illegal to help you kill yourself. But I will say that before you end up in the hospital with permanant brain damage, you should check the contents of the helium tanks. Nowadays, the manufacturers put a little oxygen in the mix to help prevent children from accidentally asphyxiating themselves.
Thanks anyway for the advice
ohmyrod.
I got all my info of how to do it properly online.
@sadthoughts
The party tanks contain 98% helium, and the lab grade ones 99% – should work well
Helios stole my money when i ordered bag and control system. £45 .
How does one get ********?
