Sleeping pills work if you take the ‘right’ dose. You’re really only supposed to take one but I went up to 4 per night. Thats how badly I can’t sleep either. You should try sleeping pills if nothing else works. I have insomnia from my depression. Sleeping pills work if you take the ‘right’ dose. You’re really only supposed to take one but I went up to 4 per night. Thats how badly I can’t sleep either. You should try sleeping pills if nothing else works.
