The Universe is evil, at least partially. Yin & Yang. The pure existence of this place / website proves that there is a lot of evil out here… Just waiting to eat us all. I wanted to die several times, and wanted to live some other times. It makes me sad that a lot of other people are depressed too with suicidal tendencies. Everyone will die eventually, in old age or in an accident or something. Why the needless suffering then…???

I don’t believe in evil…. nothing is that simple. Misunderstandings yes but not evil at all.
“I don’t believe in evil…. nothing is that simple”
That is the point: NOTHING is simple!!!!! There is suffering all around… Just check Iraq / Afghanistan (war), Africa (hunger, AIDS), or the “developed” countries with lot of depressed, suicidal people. WHY????????????????????????????????????
Oh sorry. You want answers.
Iraq/afghan is due to the greed and corruption of a select few.
Africa is due to the corruption of a select few within that country hogging all the resources and a lack of education.
Basically, this so called ‘evil’ is really only a select few. Not sufficient evidence that the entire world is fucked, in my eyes.
If you wanted to, you could also look at the good…
Ok, then why people want to commit suicide here? I mean “SUICIDEPROJECT” is a wanna-die-place after all… 🙂
welll…. I don’t think a lot of people who post here actually commit suicide. I think if you really want to do it, you wouldn’t past about it and risk being tracked down (and yes, it has happened before). I think people here are depressed, and want to talk and vent about it and this is a good place to do it because… well, have you tried telling one of your friends ‘I wish I were dead’ and just watch how badly they handle it. Most people don’t understand, so it’s nice to come here and talk to people who do.
As it says on the home page, this place is ultimately about HOPE.
Well, thanks for the nice & caring comment… 🙂
Actually, I WANT to do it, just too scared about the consequences: pain, suffering, unknown things on the other side (although spiritually I think death is peaceful), possible organ / brain damage if survive, the guilt that I would cause to the relatives… 🙁
THE WORLD IS SO FUCKED UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
well, I guess what I meant was… not everyone WANTS it ENOUGH. I want to die as well, just not enough to go through all the shit. And fair enough, because death is irreversible. So if you’re going to do it, I think… you have to really want it, really be sure. You are right to consider all those consequences, it shows you are a compassionate person and care about those you leave behind. And.. you aren’t the only one. Plenty more out there just like you.
Soo… the world aint that fucked up…?
One_day is on point here – but I assure you … nothing is “out there waiting to eat you” … if you feel you are that important then perhaps using you energy to spread happiness, joy, love and compassion would do more to combat the evil aspects of the universe than just succumbing to them. The fact that you are even here disproves your theory that “this site’s existence proves how evil the world is” … like most of us, you are here looking for answers … some answers are not the answers to the questions that brought you here … my question to you is
How is the “world so F-ed up” when you yourself open your post with the balance of yin & yang? … certainly the energies of the world ebb and flow from good to evil and back but neither ever totally consumes the other.
good and evil become prevalent in our lives depending on which we choose to embrace – that’s not to say that all good people will only experience good and all evil people will experience evil … but we can choose what to allow in and how we choose to process that which we face
in other words – complexity does not equal “f-ed up” … when we get to the point where we throw our hands up and say “everything is f-ed up” it because we can’t find a way to cope – but millions before us faced these same feelings successfully – we just need to find out how.
big actions have big consequences
balance dawg
We are all programmed to our core to support this physical life, the universe as you will find out at some point is pure unconditional love…on this plane of existence we are meant to experience this harshness and what we perceive as negativity. It’s part of our own growth process. If you are open to the perfection in it, it will ease your perspective on things. But if that’s what you believe, you’re right.
