Im A Female .. Who Keeps Emotions Bottled Up. UNTILL THEY EXPLODE !!!!! Which Makes Me Go Crazy And What Makes Me Look Crazy. Im So Depressed And Theres Nothing Helping. I Just Want To Die. 🙁 And Its Ashame I Don’t Know WHYYY !
I read this posting… and your earlier one. I know it’s easier said than done… and I know there is peer pressure involved… but the best thing you can do for yourself is to stay the course. Study hard, be the best you can be, and graduate high school with the best grades you can. I know it seems like a while away, but the high school years will end before you know it. When that happens, college, the military, the working world, or whatever you choose are waiting. Life will start to be totally different. Those people who cause you grief will eventually learn a valuable lesson in inter-personal relations… perhaps by karma. Don’t let other people take you off track. You don’t deserve anything but success.
easilybrokenheartgirl, I’m a lot older than you and I have the exact same problem. One of my closest friends told me that exact thing, “I notice tend to bottle everything up then you have a tendency to explode.”
Yes, I do. Most things don’t bother me, or they only bother me like 1%. Then over time, it grows and grows. To manage this, I’m now trying to “let loose” instead of bottling things up. Instead of feigning strength being “nice” (modifying my behavior in the hopes of being “accepted”) I’m being more raw and “out there”, take it or leave it. People seem to respect that more. You may want to try it. I still struggle with it. Now I think I’m too mean lol…
