Oh dear last week I cryed for three days I know how hard it can be with I was there to give you a cuddle but I will send you a cyber hug insteadxxx((((((hug))))
I came in just to check on u guys, I finally got to use my own laptop today for the first time in what seems like forever, (yay!) I hope I could be of help to you…. I know it is probably too late in reaching u today… I sincerely hope I didnt come off as brushing your problems away (like u said your family did) when I said it is probably hormones, but I just told you what I learned from my experience.. in fact I said that to show you that there is hope.. you will eventually feel better, and stop feeling the need to cry everyday (there is nothing wrong with crying though, it is good to get it all out 🙂 ) I just know that early in most people’s teens (I am assuming you are a young teen, cuz your mom said “it’s probably just hormones..”) that the smallest things can make you sad, and that when you face even more harder things at that age, it can be hard to cope, and even make you feel suicidal… you just need to know there is no shame in talking to your parents about how u feel…. tell them that even if it may be “just hormones..” it is still a valid feeling of sadness, and you NEED help with it. If they keep brushing it off, talk with the counselor, and tell him/her to talk with your parents and make them undertand this is a real issue, and that you need their support in managing this. U can also find a hobby that TRULY makes u happy. It could be anything. If you have a “Michaels” craft store or similar, they have soooooo many hobby kits, model airplanes, crochet, bear and doll making kits, anything you could imagine to create Yourself.. try painting, or if you are good at sports (or even if your not!) join a team at school or in your community. Or even help some elderly neighbors out, get them their groceries and talk about their life.. they probably have very interesting life stories, and you definately will hear “how hard it was in their day”, lol. I really hope that you get help for these feeling, and feel like your normal self soon. I am sure of it!
