How to save a life.

Just be good to the people close to you, that’s all you can do. Nobody can save everyone. As a matter of fact, we might not be able to save anyone at all. Aim smaller. Just try to make the people around you smile on a daily basis. These days it seems like a lot of people are scared to do anything sincere and emotional because other people will call them weird or make fun of them. But it doesn’t take a lot to let friends and family know that you appreciate them. You get in the habit of knowing people and just get used to them, it might surprise someone who you’ve known for a couple of years already to one day just say to them “hey, I just want you to know I’m really glad we’re friends, you’re a good person”. Sometimes you might not realize the effect it has on people, we don’t always know how to thank someone and sometimes people aren’t good at expressing emotions. I’ve had people do things for me that make me smile when I think about it as I go to sleep that night and they may not realize they had that big of an effect on me. Just be good to people, that’s all you can do, tell a friend you want to take them to lunch or something, that’s all it takes. You do have the power to change someone’s entire day.
