Happy Birthday. You made it one more year. COngrats. I hope I get to wish to wish you another one next year.

I know it’s hard, but try to have a better day today then you usually have. You deserve it.

I’m sorry that you feel this way… I know this feeling well! Poetry can be very helpful. Have you read anything from Sylvia Plath? Okay, she is a classic bad example of suicide but reading “The Bell Jar” really helped me when I was younger. Well, sort of helped, I mean, I’m here right?! lol Happy Birthday to you 🙂
