i am hungery but everytime i try to eat i feel sick and i end up not eating it i have not eaten or drank anything today and i din’t eat much yeasterday anyways and i don’t plan on eating any today. so why don’t i just stop eating and get my life over with? that sounds like a really good idea right now.

I get the same feeling. Drink fluids more they are easier to manage. lots of water I recommend tea highly and juice. Then try a little sustenance maybe a soup then move on to a little heavier day to day. Fruit for example this is all good if you have an eating disorder because it doesn’t show and if it does you will just pee or shit it out later and it won’t show anymore.

I’ve been like this too for a few months (I have eaten, just not the amount I should be), you should be careful, i’ve dropped 14 pounds and still can’t eat.
i’ve probably dropped over 20
I have dropped probably 15 in two weeks
