life is a game where each one of us is the main character, with his/her unique combination of experiences and opinions .. some love the game, some hate it, some seem to embrace the duality, some don’t care about the game, some are eager for it to be over etc
life seems to matter the most if you’re too immerged in it to question its importance .. you may also come to the conclusion it doesn’t but decide to pretend it does for the people in your entourage .. I’ve read here and there that Everything that Is is the product of consciousness experiencing itself and it makes sense to me .. consciousness isn’t restricted by time nor space, it designed a game with limitations to experience a break from its natural state of perfection
maybe we all share one purpose, which would be to awake/wake up and remember we’re in a dream/game filled with illusions (past, future, goals, superiority, inferiority, right, wrong, good, evil etc) and where we can experience separation

truthbetold,
Your post put into words what I’ve felt and
known most of my life.
Thanks,
Joe
you’re welcome
You go to school, get a job, buy a house, get married, have kids, grow old then die.
Wow. Really? In that order, huh?
I guess life’s more interesting if you’re into hoarding material wealth?

there HAS TO BE more to life than being a compliant citizen and a consumer .. there has to be more to it than being paid to do something you don’t enjoy just to survive
if that’s all life’s become about then I’ll have no choice but to quit the game before it’s ‘my time’
there is more to life. it begins with choice. what stems from that first decision, is whatever you can maintain. but, you knew this already. that is the true game.
