well that must suck, for me sleeping is the best part of the day. I sleep as much as I can. Makes me wonder if there are any drugs that can make you not dream, or maybe at least not remember your dreams. I know when I used to drink way to much I would black out pass out and wake up and have no idea how I got to bed or what happened the night before and for sure didn’t remember any dreams but lol drinking that much doesn’t sound like a good solution.
I have dreams where my past (certain people) beats me up, kicks me out of the same city/state and just surround me calling by my name. I end up crying inside my dreams and once I wake up. Started happening 9 to 10 years ago… I rather have a normal scary dream. That doesn’t have the same people the same place and the same things replaying in my head. so yea.
you see and dream warm sands and silent oceans … the calm peaceful sunset … quiet your mind watch the sun slowly settle into the ocean – comprehend every minute change in the shade of hue of the sun as it slowly changes from yellow to orange to red … every time your dream changes – go to the beach, lay on the sand and watch the sunset
lol Dawg do you really think people have that much control, or any control really over their dreams, that sounds almost like telling someone that is really drunk the need to calm down.
They actually do, I forgot what it’s called though, you can train yourself to. Anyways antidepressants have a habit of messing with your dreams. One of the ones I took made mine pretty horrible, had dreams of people burning alive and drowning. I had an incredibly vivid one of being dissected alive.
well I know you arent drunk was just saying that like with a drunk person they aren’t in control of themselves sure you can tell them they need to calm down but they just can’t do it even if they want to. Same with dreaming I would think since most of the time you might not even know its a dream until you wake up. Like if you actually know its a dream and have enough power to change it while its happening then it seems like it wouldnt be that scary in the first place
why do we dream, who knows. I think that is one of those questions people have asked since the beginning of time and will probably continue to ask until the end of time.
