I find it incredibly hard to “heal myself” when everyday has a new problem to add.
Can I please just wake up one day and not be rushed with bad news and problems? is that really to much to ask? I just want one day where things just work out and people leave me alone.

Have you thought about spending the day in nature…away from people…without a phone. I would suggest you take food, water, notebook and pens…and see what happens. Sometimes all it takes is to get away from it all…to clear your head…to put some distance between you and your problems(other’s bs). Just a suggestion that has worked for me over the years. Just be careful…it can be lonely out there…just you, yourself and nature.
